Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hire@moonlightadventure.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

  1. Fill fresh water either using the included hose connector or use the collapsible watering Can to fill the onboard tank with clean drinking water.
  2. Switch on the main Panel
  3. Locate the two switches in the cupboard above the sink and ensure that both switches are down and showing an amber light. (this closes the valve) otherwise you will find that while filling the water tank it will be coming out under the van. (we found this on our first trip!)
  4. Ensure that the boiler tank which has a separate valve (Yellow) this is located in the rear cupboard of the van on the passenger side and has a removable panel, once you pull out the panel you will see the big yellow leaver on the floor and make sure this is pointing down towards the floor (otherwise again water will dump out of the tank) when you leave site and are traveling you simply turn the leaver the other way to dump the water from the boiler.
  5. Once you have filled the water tank and ensured that no water is coming out from under the van then you simply go back to the main van control panel above the door and you will see there is a water icon. just switch on the water pump.
  6. You can now open sink taps and you may hear some air escape but water should be pumping out of the taps and shower etc.

Please note that the main onboard water tank supplies all your water, to taps (hot and cold), showers and toilet.....

Top Tip

if you see a red exclamation mark on the panel you have overloaded it or if running on gas and its windy the boiler may have gone out, Just press and hold the small black round button on the bottom of the panel as this will reset the unit and the exclamation mark should go out.
