Our experience hiring a campervan from Moonlight Adventures was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and communication from the team was clear and friendly. When we arrived, the campervan was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Richard explained how everything worked and where everything on the van was located and told us that there was a guide book in the vehicle with step by step instructions on how everything is setup/works! (handy if you forget).
It had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway, a cozy bed, practical kitchenette, and solid heating for the chilly nights.
Driving it was a breeze, even on narrow country roads, and we loved the freedom it gave us to explore at our own pace. The extras like camping chairs and table were a great touch and added real value to the trip.
What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful the entire experience felt. You can tell the Moonlight Adventures team genuinely cares about their travelers.
We even caught some stunning night skies far from the city lights exactly what the name promises.
I’d recommend Moonlight Adventures to anyone looking for a mix of adventure, comfort, and personal touch. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next road trip!

This was our first goboony camper vanhire and, thanks to Richard, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our handover was really helpful - everything was demonstrated and explained and Richard was then super responsive to any follow up questions we had. We headed to Swanage for a reunion with a big friendship group and the stunning campervan was the envy of many leading to many 'viewings'. The extra height and space was great and, in hot weather, the van stayed cool with the doors open and fly screens drawn. It was also very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We plan to hire the Swift Trekker X again and will probably also make use of the additional inflatable drive-away awning.

Richard was very friendly and helpful in showing me how everything worked. There was also a detailed user manual for when I forgot something. The camper was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my 5-day stay (semi) off grid in Dartmoor. I will definitely rent this again, 5 stars! Thank you Richard.
