We do not intentionally use artificially low headline prices to attract customers and then add compulsory charges later in the booking process. Where a charge is compulsory, our intention is that it is clearly identified before the customer commits to the booking.

We regularly review the information displayed on our website and booking materials to help ensure that prices, availability, terms and other important information remain accurate and up to date.

We want customers to be able to make an informed decision about whether Moonlight Adventures is right for them.

Important information concerning the cost of hire and the customer's potential financial liabilities is made available as part of our booking information and terms and conditions. We encourage all customers to read this information carefully before completing their booking.

Our aim is that there should be no unpleasant surprises at the point of collection or during the hire.

We also take the privacy and security of our customers' personal information extremely seriously.
